Our flagship store is located on the lower ground floor of the world renowned Hale Clinic in London. Opened by Prince Charles in 1988, the clinic has become Europe's leading centre for complementary medicine. Situated in the heart of London, it houses not only some of the UK's most eminent practitioners, but also Europe's leading natural medicines dispensary and an extensive library and bookshop on complementary medicine, thus integrating all the services under one roof.

Today, NutriCentre is an internationally operating centre for complementary medicine, vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements, nutritional food, sports supplements, books and organic beauty products, being selected by customers from over 140 countries around the world, for its cutting-edge quality in nutrition, wide product range and its commitment on world-class customer service and operations.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

All of our orders are dispatched via our courier Hermes and your order will be trackable through every stage of the process via email or text message direct to your phone.

Requirements to sign for delivery

To ensure that you receive your product in a safe and secure way, our courier will always ask for a signature. You can always ask them to leave your package with a neighbour or in a designated safe place. If you would like to discuss the options with us, please contact us on the details below.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available, don’t worry. Our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next and will attempt delivery upto 3 times before flagging this to us. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please contact us.

Charges for returns

NutriCentre understands that in some situations, you may change your mind about one of our products and wish to return it. In such a situation, please call us and we will be able to arrange a Freepost envelope to be sent out to you.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
