Founded in 1902, we have been supplying sports products for 112 years so we know a thing or two about sourcing the best product ranges at the best prices whilst ensuring an unrivalled customer service.

We offer high quality items from bean bags, swimming goggles, tennis balls through to full size football goal posts, table tennis tables and boxing rings!

This is all backed up by our dedicated customer service team who will help with any queries you may have. We offer a 30 day returns policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship our items using a variety of couriers including TNT, DPD and Royal Mail. We will include details of who will be delivering your parcel when we confirm dispatch to you.

We dispatch items Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Smaller items sent by Royal Mail will not require a signature, however we will let you know about those items that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. All of our couriers will attempt a further two deliveries before the items are returned to us.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail, however our larger items may need to be returned by courier. If this is the case we estimate the cost of courier returns to be approximately £10. For change of mind returns you can either arrange your own courier or we can arrange for our courier to collect from you. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please email returns@newitts.com with your order number and which items you would like to return and we will forward a returns number. For smaller items, please write the returns number on the outside of the parcel and return via the Post Office. For larger items please either return them yourselves or contact us for a courier collection at returns@newitts.com.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

Please email returns@newitts.com with your order number, which item you would like to return and the nature of the fault/damage and we will forward a returns number plus a pre-paid postage label for small items; for large items we will arrange a courier collection.
