About us

Navitech was created in 2009 and built upon fundamentals of hard work, creativity and perseverance. We pride ourselves on been innovators of protective solutions for portable technology.

Based in the seaside town of Lancing, Sussex Navitech supplies a broad range of consumer electronics accessories to customers all over the world. With product development and customer care handled by a team of tech specialists and foreign language speaking account managers we are working to be at the leading edge of every sector we serve.

Alongside our international business to customer sales we work with multinational corporations to design, manufacture and supply bespoke products for our partner’s consumers. With a high level of customisation available with our existing products and strong international links we can produce and deliver exceptional products in a minimal timeframe.

Our primary mission is to offer accessories catered to our customers’ needs and requirements. Our slogan is to be ‘protecting your journey’. By producing cases and accessories for a range of devices such as GPS, Tablets, Smart Phones, Camera and E-Reader we can give our consumers the ability to protect and use their devices anywhere, anytime

Delivery rates and timescales

Express delivery £3.95 Order by 3pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery next day
Standard delivery(Small Items) £3.00 Order by 3pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 2-5 days

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail or other courier depending on the delivery option selected.

We ship orders Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We strive to deliver products within the timescales advertised. In the unlikely event we fail to meet this target we will inform you of the delay and explain how we are rectifying the issue.

Some orders may require a signature.

If you miss your delivery, please contact us to rearrange the delivery.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind after receiving an item you will need to pay the return postage cost, normally £3-4.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

If you wish to return a product please contact customer service who will advise you on how to return your product to us for a refund.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
