At MY-Furniture we have long realized that LUXURY PRODUCTS, HIGH QUALITY and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE do not have carry a high price tag. We try to offer them all for SENSIBLE PRICES, to everyone, regardless how big or small their budget. If at any moment throughout your experience with us you don't feel that these conditions are fulfilled - please let us know. We will do our best to explain or resolve any issue quickly. We travel around the world to source our products and achieve the best value for our customers. We do not compromise quality for price. We also are very proud of our very own upholstery team here in Long Eaton just outside Nottingham. Long Eaton has long been the epicentre of upholstery in the UK and we have the luxury off picking the best craftsmen to deliver what many times are works of art. We deliver as fast as possible. Most of our items are on NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (ALWAYS SHIPPED ON A WORKING DAY) - EXCEPT FOR HEAVIER AND BESPOKE ITEMS that can take up to 4 weeks but usually within 2 weeks. DELIVERY IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE for any Mainland UK destination. However we will offer you a discount if you are able to collect too. Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: APC OVERNIGHT, DPD , TNT and TMF LOGISTICS.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All of our items will require a signature; please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Some of our items can be returned by standard post. For those that can't we estimate the cost of return for smaller items to be £12 and for larger items to be £50.

We offer a courier service to assist you with returning unwanted items, which costs £12 for small items and £40 for large items, and will be deducted from your refund. If you would like our help to arrange a courier collection, please let us know.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
