We've grown a bit since our humble beginnings 25 years ago, mixing natural products in our kitchen!

1989 Montagne Jeunesse launch our ‘Save The Seal’ campaign

1990 Our ‘Antarctica Appeal’ begins.

1994 The ‘Eco Factory’ is opened; the first of our world friendly ‘headquarters’

2001 Our wind turbine ‘Windy’ goes live, helping reduce our carbon footprint.

2001 We’re walking the walk when it comes to the environment – we achieve our first ISO - 14001 followed by ISO 18001 in 2004. That basically means we’re doing lots of good stuff! “ISO ISO Baby!”

2005 We move into the Green Barn our new ‘super energy efficient’ headquarters.

2009 Our Green Team ‘ Green Guardians’ embark upon their 5 year Site Management Plan for the Green Barn, to encourage biodiversity within our beautiful grounds. They even plant kidney vetch to help nuture the rare Small Blue butterflies, now a priority species in the UK Biodiversity Action Plan.

2010 On TV…In Canada and then in the UK in 2011! (Interestingly the best matched TV programmes for the Montagne Jeunesse brand are Hollyoaks and The Only Way is Essex – ‘shut urp!’)

2012 Our ever growing online community exceeds a whopping 60,000 fans

We’ve come a long way since then… moving to our eco-minded nerve centre with solar panels and wind turbine and now to our Green Barn - but we’re still just as passionate about sharing our cruelty free skin treats - and that’s why we’re always seeking out more goodness packed ingredients. We’ve campaigned for issues close to our hearts, with our “Save the Seal” & “Antarctica” appeals, that there was barely any time to run a business, but we are now the largest!"

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship our items using a variety of couriers including Fedex, Yodel and Royal Mail. We will include details of who will be delivering your parcel when we confirm dispatch to you.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Most of our items will not require a signature, however we will let you know about those items that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. All of our couriers will attempt a further two deliveries before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Everyone at Montagne Jeunesse wants you to be delighted every time you shop online with us, however, we understand that occasionally you may want to return items. If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, we cannot accept returned items which have been opened. Please package the item(s) for return securely and send it to us at the address given by Customers Services. We cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail, or by popping to your nearest post office and posting to our address.


Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, we cannot accept returned items which have been opened. Please package the item(s) for return securely and send it to us at the address given by Customers Services. We cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
