Originally a small picture framing business in 2006, we have grown to establish ourselves as the Largest Independent Online Mirror Retailer in the UK. We manufacture frames and mirrors and retail frames, mirrors and sports memorabilia. There are a dedicated team of advisors are on hand every day to answer any queries you may have.Mirror Outlet work closely with their chosen carriers Fragilistics to ensure a timely delivery of your items. For larger mirrors Fragilistics operate a fleet of specially prepared vehicles and deliver in person using employed drivers.For smaller items, we will enlist the services of a select number of national parcel carriers to deliver as soon as possible.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch to all mainland UK and offshore.

Requirements to sign for delivery

A signature is required on delivery. If the you request for the item to be left in a safe place at the delivery address the request will be actioned without a signature. If you are not available at the delivery address an attempt will be made to leave the item with a neighbour.

Missed delivery

When delivery is not possible, a calling card is left and the item will be returned to the depot and redelivered as per the original advised times. This will be free of charge for redelivery.

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

A full refund will be given including delivery charge if an item is returned to us in the same condition it was delivered.

Charges for returns

Any change of mind, returns and exchanges will be free of charge from UK mainland and Isle of Wight. All other areas will be charged at the original delivery price.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
