Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

All our orders are shipped using DPD Couriers:We utilize the DPD Ship@Eeaze System to provide you with the best communication and service for your delivery.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an email/ text will be sent to you, it will notify you that the goods are on the way and will provide you with tracking information & contact details.A second email/ text will be sent to you once the items are ready to leave the couriers warehouse (usually early on the day of delivery) This will provide you with a 1 Hour time slot for the delivery so you can make your preparations. Should you not be able to meet the timeslot, there is a link which may be followed to rebook the delivery to a more suitable time.

Delivery locations and exceptions

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday with all orders placed from 3pm Friday dispatched on the following Monday. Express delivery takes 1 working day, Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days. Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands shipments take 2-4 working days.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All our orders will require a signature. If you are not going to be available at the scheduled delivery time, please notify DPD to arrange a more suitable time. This can be done by following the link provided together with tracking after the item has shipped.

Missed delivery

If you miss the delivery, a card will be left, DPD will also attempt to retry the delivery the following day. Should you miss the second delivery, DPD will wait for you to contact them to arrange again. Should they not hear from you in 7 days, the order will be returned back to our warehouse.Once it is returned to our warehouse, you will need to contact our Customer Services to arrange for the reshipment of your order.

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

Should you wish to return your order due to a change of mind we aim to make the process as simple as possible.

Should you wish for us to arrange a collection instead. This will be charnged at £4.95 per item.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Should you wish to return an item, please contact us in writing first. If an exchange is required due to a preference for another colour a simple exchange may be all that is necessary. If you do need to make a full return, please send the item to the below address including full contact details.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
