Midbass was founded in 1993 and has been committed to the design and manufacture of innovative audio equipment ever since.

With industry defining products such as the VIBE BlackAir Vented 12 Bass Enclosures, LiteAir Amplifiers and the competition level BlackDeath range, Midbass is a major force in the international car audio market, currently exporting to over 50 countries internationally.

Midbass global success in the audio market has allowed us to leverage on our experience and expand into new segments including home cinema, marine and personal audio. With everything from surround sound home audio packages to headphones, Midbass has a product for almost every audio application however our core focus will always remain on bass enhancement as without bass much of the emotion, the excitement and the energy in music.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: Royal Mail and UPS..

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All of our items will require a signature; please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We offer an extended returns policy of 30 days whatever your reason for wanting to return your purchase.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Unfortunately, none of our items can be returned by standard post and we estimate the cost of return to be £4.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can issue you with a returns number. This helps us to identify your return and ensure we can process your refund quickly.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
