18st maximum weight
14 years or above. Under 16s require parents or guardians permission
If you are over 50 you will need a doctor's certificate and will need to sign a non-standard waiver on the day
You will not be able to participate if you suffer from high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, a heart condition, dizziness, asthma, diabetes or neurological conditions
You will need to get medical advice is you have damaged your neck, back eyes or ankles
