Delivery rates and timescales

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Items are shipped using a trackable service in which you can track you item using the carriers website for an estimated delivery timeslot. Please note mattresses or mattresses with bed frames are not trackable online.

All items are shipped Monday - Friday.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish Islands at no additonal cost however deliveries can take up to 8 days for outlying areas. Tracking numbers will be provided in order for you to track your delivery.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All items above £20 are required to be signed for upon delivery.

Missed delivery

If a delivery is missed the carrier will provide a card which will have instructions on how to re arrange your delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery twice before asking you to collect your item from the local depot. Royal Mail deliveries which are missed will be required to be collected from your local sorting office.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products.

Due to hygiene reasons we regret to inform you we are unable to accept returns on mattresses unless faulty.

Charges for returns

All change of mind returns can be returned to us however this at your own cost. Items will need to be posted or sent by carrier back to us . Should you require us to arrange the carrier on you behalf please contact us prior to return so we can advise the charge of the carrier back.

All items vary in return postage cost, typically large items would not cost more than £25 depending on the carrier service used.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please contact us prior to returning your item in order for the relevant paperwork to be processed.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
