We stock all the most popular ladders in our central distribution warehouse ready to ship the day you place your order right up until 3PM. This means that if you place an order for a ladder that is in stock, and is available for next day delivery, you will receive it the following working day.

Standard Products - Marked In Stock & Next Day Delivery to Mainland UK (England, Wales & Southern Scotland) are delivered next day by either Nightfreight or Yodel.
Weekday Orders - Orders placed Monday to Friday by 3PM ship the same working day. Weekend orders - Processed Monday for delivery Tuesday (Except Bank Holidays - deliveries go out the next available working day)

Note that delivery to Northern Ireland & the Scottish Highlands for NextDay marked products take up to approximately 3 days.
Requirements to sign for delivery
You must be present to sign for your delivery. Please check the contents of your delivery for damage before you sign for it.
If you miss your delivery, a card will be left from the courier informing you of the attempted delivery along with details of how to contact them and details for the re-delivery.
Is your purchase not quite right?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found in our Returns Policy.
Products marked as 'Special Order' or designed and manufactured to your individual specifications cannot be returned.
Charges for returns
Carriage costs for despatch and returning the goods are the customer's responsibility. If the customer would like the company to make the collection on their behalf they must be aware the collection will not be insured and the company cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during the collection. All collection charges incurred will be passed on to the customer at cost.
Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
The company cannot accept returned items without a Returns Authorisation Number. Please ensure that you call our customer service line on 029 2071 3000 to begin the returns process.
Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, manuals, etc). If any item(s) are missing when received, then the product is deemed incomplete and you may not receive a full refund.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
