Kooky Kids have been trading for over 7 years.

We are a small company made up of parents

We all appreciate the need for items to arrive quickly and safely

We pride ourselves on our quick dispatch times, our customer service and our product selection.

We offer ranges of toys, games and baby goods, not just the well known brands, but those items we feel are niche products which fit into our Kooky Kids store.

We have a huge selection of items for tots or teens.......and the ones in between...!

Delivery rates and timescales

Standard delivery (Large Items) FREE Order by 3pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 7 days

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship our items using a variety of couriers including Interlink, UPS and Royal Mail. We will include details of who will be delivering your parcel when we confirm dispatch to you. If a tracking number is applicable it will be shown on your order details.

We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK for Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly we can only offer standard delivery or click & collect, we are unable to send by express delivery.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Items which have a tracking number may require a signature, you will recieve an email from the courier company or Royal Mail regarding the delivery. If you need to make changes to the delivery you can do so through the email you receive.

Missed delivery

If there is no one to receive your parcel a card will be posted through your door with a contact number you can use to arrange a re-delivery, or to find out where you can pick up your parcel. You may also recieve an email regarding the delivery attempt.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Please contact us for a returns number before returning the item.

Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail, however our larger items may need to be returned by courier. For change of mind returns you can either arrange your own courier or we can arrange for our courier to collect from you. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund. Our courier collection cost for mainland UK is £9.95. All returns must have a returns number.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

If wishing to return an item please contact us to obtain a returns number on any of the methods of contacting us. We cannot accept a return without a returns number.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
