About us

Operating since 2007 Kids Cars Direct are one of the UK's most established suppliers of ride on cars. We offer experienced after sales support and carry a full range of spares for our products.

Our extensive range covers budget range vehicles, to the fully licensed premium brands including Ferrari, Mercedes, Audi, Lamborghini and many more.These fully badged high quality products are made under license and are designed in conjunction with the original car manufacturer's engineers.

The budget models are also stacked with features and come direct from the factory. This enables us to pass our low prices straight onto our customers.

We are confident that our range of ride on cars will suit all requirements. There are plenty to choose from including electric 6 or 12v, remote control, single or 2 seaters. There are vehicles to suit the most demanding child!

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Goods are despatched on a 1-2 working day service although it can be 2-3 days if this is reliant on courier performance. Tracking information is available on the day of delivery, please contact us directly as an estimated time slot may be available.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Requirements to sign for delivery

A signature is required upon delivery. Every effort is made to ensure the goods arrive in good condition, however items can be damaged in transit so its important to check the contents as soon as possible to avoid dissapointment. If your item is a gift please ensure it’s opened, inspected and any damage is reported within 7 days of delivery.

Missed delivery

If the delivey is missed the courier will leave a card and re-attempt on the next working day. If the delivery is missed on two occassions the goods will be retained at your local delivery depot for 3-5 days awaiting your collection.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods

Costs for returning goods will vary depending on the product and the courier service that you use. We would normally expect this to be between £10-£25.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please contact us prior to returning any goods as we will need to allocate you a returns number and give you the returns address. This can be done by telephone or email as soon as possible after receiving the goods.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us.Within the first 30 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
