JLL Fitness Ltd® specialise in supplying a great range of high quality treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, yoga accessories, weights and a wide variety of fitness equipment which have been designed and manufactured to the very highest standards.

We supply a wide range of equipment for both home and commercial use. We only use quality materials and the latest technology to ensure our products are of the highest quality. Our equipment is split into two main categories; Home use and commercial use. Our commercial equipment is designed with both heavy use and high performance in mind. Our commercial range is perfect for fitness clubs, gyms, health clubs and any other commercial fitness environment.

Based in Birmingham, we have an extensive range of fitness equipment suitable for every user, from fitness novice to professional athlete. We believe it is quality that sets us apart.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Highlands, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: Yodel, XDP, Royal Mail, Panther and Pallex.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All of our items will require a signature; please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Some of our items can be returned by standard post. For those that can't we estimate the cost of return for smaller items to be £5.00 and for larger items to be £45.00.

We offer a courier service to assist you with returning unwanted items, which costs £10.00 for small items and £45.00 for large items, and will be deducted from your refund. If you would like our help to arrange a courier collection, please let us know.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
