A very warm welcome to Interior White. From hallways to kitchens and bedrooms to bathrooms, Interior White is a great place to shop for contemporary and traditional white furniture complemented by vibrant colourful home accessories and gorgeous gift ideas.

We are based in beautiful West Sussex and choose all our products personally and with great care. Our guiding principle is to offer you high quality and excellent value products, all wrapped up in a great shopping experience and excellent customer service.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Interlink, Royal Mail and Parcelforce are the couriers we use and we will update orders where applicable with tracking numbers so that you are able to follow the progress of your delivery.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Missed delivery

If you miss your delivery, please contact the courier directly using the details on the courier card which will be left stating time of attempted delivery. Please contact our customer service team if we can assist you in any way - we will be happy to help.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

For change of mind you are responsible to return the item to us.

Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail, however our larger items may need to be returned by courier. If this is the case we estimate the cost of courier returns to be approximately £10. For change of mind returns you can either arrange your own courier or we can arrange for our courier to collect from you. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you wish to return it to us you can do so by one of the following means: -

For small items:
We send a returns label with your order; simply package the item, add the label and take to your local post office.

For large items:
You can arrange to return these yourself or you can contact us for further assistance.

If you are not using a returns label or you wish to return a large item we ask that you contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary returns number. This helps us identify your return when we receive it and avoids any delays in processing your refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for all returns and consider insurance for higher value returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your return unless we receive the goods from you.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

If you discover a fault with your Interior White product once it is unpacked please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible – and no later than 30 days after you receive the product – and we will sort out the problem without delay.
