Illuminated Mirrors is home to the largest collection of illuminated bathroom cabinets and mirrors in the world, all with one thing in common – quality.

Our manufacturing process is simple, yet guarantees you receive only the best cabinets and mirrors; we design, manufacture and hand-finish all components of our mirrors. This allows us to ensure that every aspect of your mirror is of the highest standard possible.We are experts in the manufacture and sale of illuminated bathroom mirrors and cabinets. We have been selling these beautiful enhancements to your bathroom online for nine years now. We are involved in the complete design and manufacture of all our products and are constantly evolving these to bring you the very latest in modern design. Our prices are direct from the factory, which means that our products bear direct comparison to higher priced products elsewhere in the marketplace. We do not compromise on quality.

Delivery rates and timescales

We ship our items using a variety of couriers including Parcelforce, Royal Mail and Yodel. We'll include details of who will be delivering your parcel when we confirm dispatch to you. If you enter a correct email address you'll receive tracking confirmation from our courier the night before delivery.

We ship items Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we don't ship items on the weekend or Bank Holiday

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all of the UK. Please be aware that delivery to the more out-of-reach places in the UK (Highlands of Scotland, North Wales, Cornwall) may sometimes take a day longer.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Our courier will need a signature from you so please leave a note if you know you're not going to be in and the driver will usually follow your instructions (this does depend on the delivery driver's discretion).

Missed delivery

If the courier has missed you they will leave a card and re-attempt delivery up to two times.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

We can take returns on unwanted items if the packaging is intact - please see guidelines below. Unfortunately if the item has already been installed in a bathroom we won't be able to accept it as a return, unless it's faulty. Please contact us if you are unsure and need to discuss your situation.

Charges for returns

Sorry, we don't cover the postage charge for you to send the product back if you have changed your mind. We can arrange pick up of items using our courier service, which may be cheaper for you - prices range from £15- £25 but please contact us to discuss further.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please email us with your order details and we will explain what you to do to send the product back to us.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

Please contact us if your product is faulty or damaged.

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
