We sell a large range of Garden Buildings, Wooden Sheds, Metal Sheds, Plastic Sheds, Apex or Pent, Pressure Treated Sheds, Corner Sheds, Bike Sheds, Big Sheds......you could say we are a bit sheds obsessed! We have a degree in timber so that’s why we sell Summerhouses, Log Cabins, Arbours & Arches, Gazebos, Wheelie Bin Stores, Logs Stores and Storage Units for Mobility Scooters. In addition to this we stock a wide range of Lawn Mowers and Garden Machinery to go into your shed.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas, we will contact you in this event.

We operate 3.5 tonne vans, 7.5 ton and 17 tonne vehicles - your building could arrive on any of these dependant on area of the country and time of year. Please inform us of any access issues at your address so we can ensure your delivery will arrive safely.

Smaller items will be delivered by our parcel couriers – UK Mail and XDP.

Delivery is typically between the hours of 7am – 7pm Mon-Fri. For sheds and log cabin deliveries only, it is possible to request a call an hour prior to delivery but this is subject to the driver having a mobile and cannot be a guaranteed service. On some shed products we are able to deliver on a Saturday or Sunday - any dates available will be offered when you are called by our delivery team to book your shed in for delivery.

Delivery is kerb side delivery only; however, it is at the driver’s discretion if any building needs to be carried any further. Our drivers are not insured to enter your property.

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

If you are going to be out on the day of delivery, it is possible for the item to be left in a chosen location (for example down the side of a house) at your own risk. To do this please leave a signed note detailing your instructions in a clear location for the driver to see. Please note you can discuss this with your delivery scheduler when they call you to book your order in.

Please note for sheds and log cabins we will always contact you by phone or email prior to delivery to make sure you are happy with the delivery date proposed.

Missed delivery

We book in all deliveries with you prior to shipment. For smaller items If you are not available at the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a notification card with their contact details in order for you to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient date.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you are returning any product for change of mind, you must cover the costs of returning the products to us.

On request, we will collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you (typically this is £55 for England & Wales and £75 for Scotland and Northern Ireland) and this will deduct this from the refund.If you are arranging your own courier to return goods - please call us to confirm the return address and an authorisation / reference code.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

All products must be re-packaged and securely strapped to the pallets as they came prior to collection.While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed, they must be returned in the same way. Every effort must be taken to ensure that the return product(s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

We will not accept returns if the products have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own, unless a product is found to be faulty or broken.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
