Homeware UK is an online business run by people with a passion for great houseware products and everyone who works for the company takes pride in supplying a high quality and personalised service to all our customers - and yes we are a real business with people, offices, a large warehouse with lots of stock! Since our launch we've already turned into one of the fastest growing homeware companies in the UK. Our approach has won us many accolades and several award nominations already.We personally test all the products that we stock so you can be assured they are the best of the best. Our aim is to offer all our products at fantastic prices - if you see them cheaper elsewhere online please let us know. Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship our items using a variety of couriers including Yodel, Hermes and Royal Mail. We will include details of who will be delivering your parcel when we confirm dispatch to you.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Most of our items will not require a signature, however we will let you know about those items that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. All of our couriers will attempt a further two deliveries before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail. For change of mind returns please return via Royal Mail or Courier (This can cost up to £4.25).

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you wish to return it to us you can do so by one of the following means:-

For small items:

We send a returns label with your order; simply package the item, add the label and take to your local post office.

For large items:

You can arrange to return these yourself or you can contact us for further assistance.

If you are not using a returns label or you wish to return a large item we ask that you contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary returns number. This helps us identify your return when we receive it and avoids any delays in processing your refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for all returns and consider insurance for higher value returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your return unless we receive the goods from you.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

We will be able to assist with various trouble shooting questions and advise you on the steps we will take to resolve your problem.
