About us

We are an established on-line retailer with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to retailing textiles. It is something that we live and breath, and our experience allows us to choose winning designs, colours and materials, and present them to our customers at cost effective prices. We stock a huge range of soft furnishings for every room of your home. From window dressings to cushions, to light fittings and floor coverings (and everything in between), we'll have something that is perfect for your home.

Our offerings include products in a budget range, right through to premium products including 1000 thread count bedding. Customer delight is of paramount importance to us and that is why our UK based customer service team are fully trained and on hand to give you any product information that you require. We endevour to dispatch your orders within 24 working hours and offer a hassle free returns service.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Highlands, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: Royal Mail and DPD.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Some of our items require a signature; we will let you know about those that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Most of our items can be returned by standard post. For those that can't we estimate the cost of return for smaller items to be £3.00 and for larger items to be £9.00.

We offer a courier service to assist you with returning unwanted items, which costs £13.00 for small items and £13.00 for large items, and will be deducted from your refund. If you would like our help to arrange a courier collection, please let us know.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can issue you with a returns number. This helps us to identify your return and ensure we can process your refund quickly.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
