About us

Happy Mummy Ltd was founded in January 2004 by Anna Wik. Being a mum and knowing a lot of mums with young children she realised that there were useful itms that mums, dads, grandparents, childminders and nanny's needed to look after their little ones that were not available to buy. Being passionate about new and innovative products, she soon discovered that in many countries there were some very clever baby and infant products that never seemed to reach the UK or even the EU markets. Since 2004, HappyMummy.com has grown to become one of the UK's largest importer and retailer of clever, innovative and high quality Baby and Toddler products, designed to make parents lives a little bit easier and bring happiness and calm to the little ones. Our brands include Petite Creations, See Me Smile, Hook n Stroll, Baby Elephant Ears, Elf-Magic and Happy Mummy own brand products. We care about the environment and carefully select the best factories from all around the world to ensure ethical trading and that our products are of the highest standard and safety possible. All our feeding products are BPA Free and non Toxic. We also try to eliminate unnecessary packaging and endeavour to package our products in the most environmentally friendly way we can.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: Parcel Force and DPD.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Some of our items require a signature; we will let you know about those that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

All of our items can be returned by standard post.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
