All Gemondo rings, necklaces, pendants, earrings, brooches, bracelets and bangles are appropriately hallmarked by the Sheffield Assay Office. We are also a proud member of the British Jewellers’ Association and the Responsible Jewellery Council.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship our items using a variety of Royal Mail services dependant on your selection. All packages will have a tracking number which will be issued when our confirmation of dispatch email is sent.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All of our items are sent fully tracked and will require a signature.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available Royal Mail will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. The item will then be taken to your local post office depot for collection, alternative you can contact Royal Mail directly to arrange a re-delivery. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products, so long as security tags are not removed in the case of earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

All returns can be sent using a standard Royal Mail packet service ranging from £3-£6. We recommend using a recorded service at a minimum for peace of mind although this is not required.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you wish to return it to us you can do so by following the process below:

1) Please contact us informing us of your decision to return the item, this enables us to make a note on your order and to prepare for the return to expedite the process.
2) Please package the item securely and send it with a note containing your order number and reason for return as well as whether you would like a refund or replacement item.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
