We're based in Brighton, East Sussex, and our legendary stores are visited by musicians from all over the UK. Our warehouse and customer support teams supply products and advice to customers all over Europe.

Orders are shipped from Monday - Friday by Fedex or Parcel Force, most of our orders are delivered the next working day.

We ship to all UK Mainland addresses.
Requirements to sign for delivery
We require all of our deliveries to be signed for.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left and a second delivery attempt made.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.
Please be aware that you can’t return headphones, microphones and audio software products unless they are faulty
Charges for returns
If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item, you can either return it to us yourself at your cost, or contact us and we will arrange collection. The average cost for a collection is £25. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of the return.
Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
