At Early Learning Centre, we do all we can to help mums help children grow into happy, self-confident people. We create fantastic toys – toys that help develop vital skills, toys that help children get off to the best possible start, and toys that are tremendous fun. All our toys are designed to help children explore the boundaries of their imaginations and creativity, to make learning fun and help children be all they can be.
Safe and Sound:
All our toys meet and exceed all British and European standards for toy safety, and we're delighted withour on-going association with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, who work with us in the development of our toys.
We test our toys just like your kids do. We push them down the stairs, throw them, jump on them, knock them over, poke fingers in them and even lick them. So we know our toys are as tough as the children that play with them.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9am and 5:30pm, during peak times your delivery may arrive between 7.30am and 9pm.

Requirements to sign for delivery
For security reasons all products must be signed for.
If you are not in when we attempt delivery, we will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time, alternatively we may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.
Exclusions - toiletries, software, food (including formula milk), and opened mattresses *This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or mis-described.
Charges for returns
If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return. Should you require an unwanted item to be collected this can be arranged by calling 0344 875 5222.Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail, however our larger items may need to be returned by courier. If this is the case we estimate the cost of courier returns to be approximately £30. For change of mind returns you can either arrange your own courier or we can arrange for our courier to collect from you. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.
Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Should you require an unwanted item to be collected, or need advice before returning please call 0344 875 5222.Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
