About us

Duronic is a brand created by parent company Shine-Mart Ltd. We are a UK based company with a wealth of experience in consumer products. The company started in 2005 from a small warehouse in Leyton in East London. We use to supply retailers branded products at wholesale prices, in 2008 when the recession started, many of the large household named brands were struggling with many of their product lines, which was not selling in the large volumes they were interested in so they were dropping these lines. We were happy to pick up every line they dropped as for us selling 10000 units a year of any product seemed excellent whereas for larger brands it may not have been enough to sustain themselves. Today we works with 100's of factories all around the world to manufacture products for us. All our products are engineered to UK standard, tested here in the UK to make sure they meet our strict safety standards. Our factories manufacture all our products to our standards and then they are distributed all around the world.

Our aim is for the Duronic brand to cover as many categories in the consumer products category. Our current range covers:

In 2015, we have made a massive leap by partnering up with one of the worlds retail powerhouse. They are known as the one and only "Tesco". Our partnership means we are now able to offer our Duronic branded products to the millions of Tesco customers through the Tesco Direct platform. It's amazing that Tesco Direct can offer customer customers Click and Collect service from 100's of stores all around the country minimising failed deliveries and changing the way we all shop.Duronic is not only interested in selling amazing products that make life a lot easier for our customers. We want to build a community around Tesco and Duronic. We are available to our customers through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, YouTube and the many more social sites that keep popping up. You are never too far away if you need a question answered or if you need example a recipe or a video demo. of one of our products.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

All items purchased through Tesco Direct will be sent out through our trusted list of couriers who deliver parcels via tracked services Monday to Friday.

We ship items Monday to Friday throughout the year. During the peak season at the end of the year we ship 7 days a week.

Delivery locations and exceptions

Deliveries can be made to UK Mainland post codes and UK Out of Area post codes including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Requirements to sign for delivery

For delivery purposses, all parcels will require signature at the point of delivery. If you do not intend to be home at the time of delivery please arrange a delivery address to your workplace or a neighbour to ensure we can deliver the item to you as early as possible.

Missed delivery

If we miss you when we attempt delivery a calling card will be left. Please follow the instructions on the calling card explaining what action you need to take.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

We can accept returns of items, please note the cost of these returns lies with you. If you wish for us to arrange a collection from you please contact us and we will find the most economical way to arrange the collection based on the size of the Collections and return drop offs (local shop) cost ranges from £4 to £20, depends on the product size and your location.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

To return an item please provide your original paperwork which came with the item, or a print out from Tesco direct to accompany the product. Package the product so it comes back to us safely. Send the item back to us for refund or exchange.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
