Thanks for visiting Divine Audio. The business was set up in 2004 and has always specialised in two channel and cinema systems that the majority of people can afford. Several moves later we now operate from our showroom and warehouse in Desborough, Northamptonshire – serving local customers and those throughout the UK and the Rest of the World.
Delivery rates and timescales

We use Royal Mail for all orders under 2kg in weight unless they are high value items, and in every other case we use DPD for courier shipments.
We ship items Monday to Friday.
Delivery locations and exceptions
We ship everywhere within the UK, however delivery times may be longer for people in the Scottish Highlands.
Requirements to sign for delivery
All orders delivered via courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery will be required to sign for their order If you are not available to receive your order it will likely be held at your local Royal Mail or DPD delivery depot for collection or redelivery.
If you have missed your delivery please contact us and we will help you with collection or delivery of your order.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.
Charges for returns
We are not entitled to pay for your shipping costs when returning an item to us unless the item is damaged or we have sent the wrong item to you. Please bear this in mind when returning an item.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
