Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery with any tracking numbers being provided upon confirmation dispatch.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays.For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Items sent via Royal Mail Signed For Services require a siganture upon delivery. Should nobody be present to sign for the item upon delivery it will then be available for collection from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for a period of 18 calendar days before returning to the sender.

Missed delivery

Should nobody be present to accept the item upon delivery it will then be available for collection from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for a period of 18 calendar days before returning to the sender.

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We accept returns for our entire product range.

Charges for returns

We ask any customers to cover return costs for change of mind orders. Exchange items will be sent out at no additional cost.

For your peace of mind we recommend using a signed for delivery service for return items.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it's working, or used more than reasonably expected.

To return an item simply contact us via email or telephone detailing why you wish to return the item and if you would like an exchange or refund. Once we have authorised your return we will provide you with a unique RMA number and the item can then be returned to our distribution centre at the address detailed in the contact us section.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
