Our selection includes a wide range of gardening equipment and accessories, as well as an extensive assortment of outdoor lifestyle products such as barbecues, patio bistro sets and garden benches.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Our standard delivery service takes 2-6 working days. All parcels are sent via a tracked service with either Yodel or FedEx with tracking details and references being sent via email as soon as the parcel reaches the courier hub. Please note that some particularly small items will be sent via Royal Mail.

We ship Items on weekdays only. We use Royal Mail, Yodel, or FedEx depending on the size of the parcel.

Delivery locations and exceptions

Yodel and Royal Mail deliver on Saturday as part of their standard service, whilst FedEx deliver Monday to Friday.

Requirements to sign for delivery

With the exception of very small (letterbox sized) items, all of our shipments will require a signature. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel, the driver will usually try a neighbour before leaving a card and returning to the depot, a notification email will also be sent if the parcel could not be signed for.

Missed delivery

You will be notified via email and a posted card if the delivery was missed and our couriers will attempt up to 3 times to deliver the parcel . If a delivery is missed,you will receive relevant contact information together with the option to contact customer services.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Any personalised or made to order items cannot be returned.

Charges for returns

Any items returned to us because you have changed your mind need to be returned at your own cost. Alternatively, if you would like us to arrange a courier collection for an order you have changed your mind about, we can do so at a cost of £8 for small items and £15 for large items.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please contact us via email to let us know you would like to return your parcel, and we will reply with instructions on how to do so.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
