We offer a vareity of gifts to suit all budgets so whether you need a small gift from yourself or you are organising a collection for someone going on maternity leave, our range of gifts offer a different gift idea for welcoming the most precious gift of all into the world.

We have a large selection of gifts for baby girls, baby boys, unisex baby gifts and gifts for twins too.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship our items using a variety of couriers including Interlink Express, My Hermes and Royal Mail. We will include details of who will be delivering your parcel when we confirm dispatch to you.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Most of our items will not require a signature, however we will let you know about those items that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery. Items sent using Express Delivery will require a signatory to be present to take receipt of your parcel.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. All of our couriers will attempt a further two deliveries before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know. Alternatively you can specify delivery instructions if the parcel can be accepted by a neighbour.

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail, however our larger items may need to be returned by courier. If this is the case we estimate the cost of courier returns to be approximately £10. For change of mind returns you can either arrange your own courier or we can arrange for our courier to collect from you. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you wish to return it to us you can do so by one of the following means:-

For small items: simply package the item, and take to your local post office or contact us for assistance.

For large items: you can arrange to return these yourself or you can contact us for further assistance.

If you are not using a returns label or you wish to return a large item we ask that you contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary returns number. This helps us identify your return when we receive it and avoids any delays in processing your refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for all returns and consider insurance for higher value returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your return unless we receive the goods from you.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

Please contat us immediately and you can choose to have a replacement product sent or cancel and receive a full refund including the cost of delivery or returns cost.
