About us

Childrens Rooms have been trading for just over 7 years now, from humble beginnings supplying only duvet covers we have grown to now offering everything a parent needs for their childs bedroom. Our target age range is between 3 and 10. We have many items exclusive to ourselves and now have the widest range of toddler bedding and double bedding in the country. We have over 200000 happy customers many who return to us when their child wishes to change from maybe Peppa Pig to Disney Frozen. Our customer service is second to no-one and we aim to treat customers how we like to be treated ourselves, items are sent as soon as they ordered and we take care to ensure that items are packaged well and received in a timely manner.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

Delivery locations and exceptions

You will receive email notification when your order has dispatched. You will also be informed of the carrier your parcel has shipped with and tracking information.

Requirements to sign for delivery

No signature is required for standard delivery. A signature is required for express delivery.

Missed delivery

Standard deliveries will be taken back to the sorting office and postman will leave a card. For express delivery couriers will attempt one more delivery and a card will be left.

Returns Policy

That’s no problem. All Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

You will be required to pay for postage costs to return the item in the event of a change of mind.

Returns via Royal Mail 2nd Class will generally cost between £2.00 and £6.00 dependent on weight and size.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
