We currently use Royal Mail, and all services can be trackable.

We ship items Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Please note, we also offer a standard free delivery service for orders of £50 or more.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship everywhere in the UK, including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, however we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Requirements to sign for delivery

No signature is required for standard and express deliveries, but you will need to sign for next working day guaranteed deliveries.

If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a card, then return the parcel to the local depot for 4 days, before returning it to us.

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Sorry, but personalised items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing fault, or in the unlikely event that we personalise the garment incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to refuse personalised orders at our discretion. If this service is used inappropriately, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Charges for returns

We offer a free returns policy and include a freepost returns label with your order.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please package your item(s) securely along with the delivery note - remembering to note the reason for your return. Please also attach the freepost returns label, which can be found in your parcel. Once posted at the post office, please keep hold of the receipt until you receive notification that the refund/replacement has been processed.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
