Comprising stylish, black cast iron plates and two SDH-7 solid chrome handles, the dumbbells are incredibly robust. The handles feature knurling for superior grip and comfort. The dumbbells are supplied flat-packed and require an 8mm Allen key for assembly. The dumbbells must be checked and retightened where necessary after use. PLEASE NOTE: The dumbbell weight does not include the weight of the handle.
