Why have I received the error message 'Sorry these items sold by Tesco cannot be delivered to your address. Please change your address or press Basket and remove this item'?

If you receive this message, it means that the items you have selected are not eligible for delivery to BFPO locations. This could be due to them being prohibited by BFPO regulations or they have exceeded BFPO size restrictions. Please refer to the BFPO services website for more information on prohibited items and parcel size restrictions.

Tesco also uses some third-party suppliers to dispatch goods to customers. Unfortunately, only items that are supplied directly by Tesco are eligible for delivery to BFPO locations. If this is the case, the above message will appear and you will be prompted to remove or replace these items. You will also have the option of having your items delivered to another UK address if they fall outside of the regulations necessary for delivery to a BFPO location.

How much does delivery to a BFPO address cost?

There is no difference in cost to a BFPO address from a standard home delivery. Standard home delivery is £3 and if you are a Delivery Saver customer, delivery is free of charge as long as you meet the minimum basket spend of £10.
