About us

BabySecurity is a division of EDPA Ltd a customer friendly company launched in 2007 for the purpose of supplying parents with quality nursery products online. The company originally focussed on baby safety products but over the years broadened its range and now consists of several specialist websites selling a much wider range of products.

Nursery products remain the key part of the business with an emphasis on technology products from the world’s leading brands. Staff training and customer service is of utmost priority at EDPA Ltd and we ship internationally with happy customers all over the world.

Delivery Information

Delivery rates and timescales

Click & Collect FREE on all Tesco direct orders Order by 3pm* (Monday-Friday) and collect in store next day
Standard delivery £1.95 Standard delivery usually 3-5 days
Express delivery £3.95 Order by 3pm* (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 1-2 days

We use Royal Mail to send out our postal items and DPD to send out our courier, tracked deliveries.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday

Delivery locations and exceptions

We are able to deliver everywhere in the UK within the standard timeframe of 3-5 days.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Orders which are sent by courier will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one present for your delivery, your order will go to a local depot as a failed delivery. By contacting the courier, you are able to arrange re-delivery of your order or arrange to collect the order from your local depot.

Missed delivery

If you encounter a missed delivery, you will receive a calling card from the courier to notify you of the missed delivery. Delivery can then be re-arranged via the courier or through us.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

Unreturnable products are items such as undergarments, nipplettes, Liquid products that have been opened, any product with hygiene content.

We require a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), this must be requested through us. You can return your product up to 30 working days after receiving your order for a refund, returns will be at your cost. Alternatively you can exchange for another product.

Charges for returns

If you are wanting to return a 'change of mind' purchase, the returns postage back to us must be covered by you.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

To return an item, you will need to request a Returns Authorisation Number from us via Phone or Email. Once your request has been accepted by a member of our team, you will receive an email with all the relevant returns information in. There will be a printable lable, authorisation number and recommended courier to use within the returns information.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
