Our aim at BabyRice is to offer you a gorgeous range of keepsake products and gifts to ensure you can capture and create precious and unique memories of those truly special moments we all have at sometime in our lives.

We have a large selection of baby handprint and footprint 'inkless' kits – ensuring you can capture your baby's tiny hand prints and footprints without any mess! We have air-drying soft clay kits to easily create baby imprints – simply keep taking prints until you're happy with them and then leave the clay to air-dry, it's so easy with great results! Our 3D Baby Casting Kits are truly amazing – replicate your baby's entire hand and foot by making 3D plaster casts of them, the results are fantastic and well worth the effort! These kits make an excellent, thoughtful and unique gift for new parents, Christenings and Baptisms for example. Our keepsake kits are not just for babies though, you can also use our inkless and clay-dough kits for pet pawprints too (even 3D casting!).

Pregnant? If you are (or know someone who is) pregnant, then we have our Bellilicous Belly Casting Kit for you to create an unforgettable cast of your incredible pregnant shape – and have lots of fun in the making of it too!

For lovers, weddings, anniversaries and valentine's gifts we have our Adult's Hand Casting Kit which has all of the materials you need to create 2 adult hand casts and paint them – the results are stunning, a real work of art!

The materials used in our kits (such alginate, clay-dough, plaster, paint, display frames and so on) are all available to purchase separately from us, enabling you to create even more keepsakes and memories!

All of the materials used in our BabyRice kits are completely baby safe (right from newborn age) and conform to the necessary safety standards.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We use a mix of Parcelforce 24 hour courier for items weighing more than 1.8kg, Royal Mail Tracked Packets and Royal Mail 1st Class post for lighter items.

Orders are despatched Monday-Friday. We do not despatch orders at the weekend and Bank Holidays.

Smaller items will be delivered by our parcel couriers – UK Mail and XDP.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We deliver to any address in the UK (which includes the Highlands, Islands and Northern Island). If there are delivery tracking details for your order we will email you the details so you may track your order.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Deliveries by courier (Parcelforce in this instance) will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in, the driver will either attempt delivery at one of your near neighbours, or take it to your nearest Post Office, or take it back to the depot. You will be left a card to notify you as to where your parcel is.

Missed delivery

It is your responsibility to locate your parcel and we will of course assist where we can if you encounter any problems.

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to return it to us, this will be at your cost.

Cost of return post is determined by the postal service you use and is dependent upon the weight of the parcel. You can of course choose to return by 2nd class post where applicable.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please pop a note in the parcel that includes your name, address, order number and a reason for your return so we can deal with your return swiftly.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

Please either email or call us and we will replace any parts that have been damaged in transit. Occasionally, we may ask for photographic evidence.
