Large 2-man deliveries (eg fridge freezers, ovens, washing machines, dishwashers)

Appliance MegaStore have partnered with a national 2-man lift product delivery specialist in order to ensure your large or heavy item is delivered to you in perfect condition. Dependent on your delivery location and at what time of the day you place your order, your delivery can be next working day for England, Wales and lower Scotland, or 2-3 days for addresses in higher Scotland or Scottish Highlands. Deliveries can be arranged for up to 8pm. Please refer to the information below for more details. Before placing your order, please make sure your email address and mobile numbers are up-to-date in your Tesco account, as otherwise we may not be able to contact you to arrange delivery which may delay our delivery to you.

2-man deliveries to addresses in England, Wales & lower Scotland

For orders placed & confirmed before 1pm Monday to Friday, we endeavour to deliver next day (next day being Monday to Saturday inclusive) to addresses in England, Wales and lower Scotland. We define lower Scotland to be postcode areas beginning with DG, EH, G, KA, G, ML and TD.

2-man deliveries to addresses in higher Scotland and Scottish Highlands

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday to addresses in higher Scotland and Scottish Highlands we endeavour to deliver within 48/72 hours (although please note that we only deliver to higher Scotland and Scottish Highlands Monday to Friday inclusive). We define higher Scotland and Scottish Highlands to be postcode areas beginning with AB, DD, FK, KW, KY, PA, PH and IV.

Cutoff times for 2-man appliance orders

If you place your order after 1pm Monday to Friday (or over the weekend), your order & delivery arrangements will be processed next working day, so if you order in these days / times then reference the above delivery information based on your location, and add an extra working day to allow for this. When we deliver large 2-man item(s), we will deliver to a ground floor room (or up to the 3rd floor room) of your choice. We will unpack / unwrap your item if you would like us to, and take away the packaging.

Smaller 1-man deliveries (eg hobs, smaller appliances, cooker hoods, splashbacks)

We use various courier & parcel delivery services (such as Parcelforce for example) to deliver smaller items. When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order is on it’s way to you, and this will include details of when you should expect delivery.

How we arrange delivery of your Appliance MegaStore order

Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care team and / or delivery logistics service provider will arrange a delivery date and contact you to advise when this is. You will receive an email and text (SMS) message (if you have provided a mobile number). Before placing your order, please make sure your email address and mobile numbers are up-to-date in your account, as otherwise we may not be able to contact you to arrange delivery, and so this may delay our delivery to you.If the delivery date and / or time is inconvenient for you, please contact us to arrange an alternative suitable date. We use various delivery partner for our deliveries. A signature upon delivery will be required.

To enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery experience, we may pass on your contact details to our carrier partners. For large 2-man deliveries, this will allow our delivery partner to provide you with delivery updates via text (SMS) and e-mail to confirm a 4 hour timeslot, for your convenience. Should you need to contact us, please ensure you quote your order number so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If your order is trackable online, you can follow its journey by logging into the link that we will provide you with on email or text (SMS) message. For large 2-man deliveries you will be provided with a personalised link to a live online GPS link which will allow you to see the location of where your van is – this will also contain real-time information as to whether your delivery is going to be on time.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products up to 28 days from the date of delivery.

Charges for returns

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will arrange for collection of the item and cover the cost of the return. You can choose to cancel the order, or request a new replacement. This will be discussed with you when you contact us to arrange the return.

If you are returning a large appliance because you have changed your mind and no longer want the product, we will happily provide a full refund for the product, but not a refund of the delivery charge. If you do wish to return a large appliance, please contact us so that we can arrange a collection.

For smaller items (those delivered by Parcelforce or by one of our other couriers), you must arrange and pay for the returning of the item to us. We recommend a signed for service like Parcelforce which will typically be a charge of £5 - £10 dependant on size / weight of the product. Please contact us if you wish to return an item and we will be happy to advise accordingly.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Relevant information will be provided when you request a return as to which service your items were delivered under, and to advise what to do next. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

Your manufacturers warranty details will be enclosed with your appliance. In the event of a product becoming faulty, please contact us and we will advise accordingly, or contact the manufacturer direct.

If the manufacturer is unable to repair your item, your appliance will be replaced. If it is not possible to replace, a refund will be issued.
