We are a family run business est. 1990 setting out on an exciting new venture. Our goals are to offer competitive prices on nursery goods from prams to furniture & to cater to every budget.

As a family run business we strive to offer a friendly helpful service always with the customers needs in mind, both online and in store. We offer a next day delivery service on most items in stock and keep our customers informed on the progress of their order via e-mail.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship our parcels with two different companies: Express, we use APC OVERNIGHT. Standard delivery, we use MY HERMES. We shall notify you with which company your parcel is being sent with, along with tracking details.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All Express Delivery items require a signature upon delivery. All items sent standard delivery, do not require a signature, however someone must be at the property to accept the parcel(s).

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available to take delivery, our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. All of our couriers will attempt a further two deliveries before the items are returned to us. You may be able to pick up your item from your local depot, if this is more convenient, just use the contact details left on your calling card, or If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Collection charges are as follows:

Small Items
These can be returned via Royal Mail (After authorisation) , all postage charges will be your responsibility.

Large Items Collection
£10.00 per box/parcel (up to 13kg)
£15.00 per box/parcel (from 13.1kg to 19 kg)
If you prefer to arrange your own courier (once your return has been authorised), items must be returned by a registered courier or the Royal Mail for insurance purposes. Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be returned to the original payment method that was used.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you wish to return it to us you can do so by one of the following means:-

For small items:
We send a returns label with your order; simply package the item and send it with any courier that uses a tracked method.

For large items:
You can arrange to return these yourself or you can contact us for further assistance.

If you are not using a returns label or you wish to return a large item we ask that you contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary returns number. This helps us identify your return when we receive it and avoids any delays in processing your refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for all returns and consider insurance for higher value returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your return unless we receive the goods from you.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
