Produced only in exceptional harvests, Bollinger's Prestige Cuvee is rounded and rich, allowing it to accompany food well.
This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 10 years

The finest sparkler on the market today. It's sublime already but will last another decade - I can't think of a better present!
Jamie Goode - S Magazine (Sunday Express) 18/12/2011
Everything Bollinger makes it first class, and this vintage cuvee is complex and intense, with lovely pear, apple and citrus fruit, balanced by nutty, toasty savouriness.
Bollinger is one of the few remaining independent family owned Champagne houses. Founded in 1829, this moderately small house has worked tirelessly to acquire the finest vineyard sites, now totalling 163 ha, to guarantee the highest quality wine.
The Champagne region of France lies approx 100 miles East of Paris. The chalky soil in this cool northerly climate creates a unique terroir for the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes.

2002 was a great year buy wharever you can now! This is still value even at £65 - will get even better over the next 10-15 years. If you can store this buy it and enjoy it in 2020 and you will have one of the best champagnes ever made. Getting difficult to buy now, when this is gone - it is gone!
