This review is for the 2012 vintage
Unfortunately this marketing initiative has badly failed having tried all the 'simply' range all the wines are inferior to the usual range, the varieties do not have the characteristic taste and aromas of the real grape varieties; we will not be buying these in future.

It's easy to get carried away with yourself when you critique wine. Maybe you should just remind yourself why you bought this one? If you want an inoffensive light red that's always there when you need a glug, then this fits the bill rather nicely. It's nothing more than that.

This wine was a good offer price but it doesn't drink well at all. Definitely wouldn't buy again

I love Pinot Noir and have bought many a bottle but this one will not be on my list of favourites.

Good value at it's reduced rate, Slightly harsher than I'd hoped for but good warm taste.
