Regional info

The wine benefits from the ideal growing conditions to be found in the Central Valley, Chile. Foggy mornings and Pacific ocean breezes give the grapes extra time to ripen and realise their full potential.

Very very good quality and at a superb price. Very pleasant to drink with no after-taste. Highly recommended. Will definitely buy again.

This is a cheap and cheerful wine for guzzling with a midweek dinner after a bad day (or even a good one) !!!

Good value for money

I found this to be rather tasty despite the bargain price. I tend to have a couple of glasses from a good bottle then if i decide to have any more i shelf the good one and start on another cheaper bottle. I find that for the first couple of glasses a good wine makes all the difference but after that as long as its not to bad it'll do me. I mainly bought this because it was cheap but it is better than simply a cheap wine and is worth a shot even with the relatively low cost. Recommended.

This review is for the 2012 vintage

I have drunk this wine for some time, and have always been pleased with the result. As an everyday wine it ably suits myself and my wife's taste, dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste

A smooth drinkable red wine, I would recommend this to drink with most meat dishes & on it's own.

Surprisingly good easy to drink non headache inducing low price wine selected by the Cono Sur owners. Not organic or biodynamic but selected by people who understand wine for drinking with food.
