History

The grapes for this wine were grown in our Denman vineyard in the Hunter Valley which benefit from cooling sea breezes, preserving crisp fruit flavours and giving the wine a lower level of alcohol.

Superb Aussie Semillon

This review is for the 2011 vintage
First tried a 2010 and thought it was a revelation. 2011 has not disappointed. A delight with chicken or fish, medium with citrus hints. If you like semillon sauvignon blanc then try this.

Considering the volume is only 11% this white wine was not sweet, but pleasantly mellow. Semillon is not something I would usually choose, but will definitely buy his again.
