History

In 1884 La Leyenda of Bodegas Escorihuela was born. We are committed to our heritage of being the oldest working winery in Mendoza, and over a century later, we remain passionate in our goal to create wines that represent the best of Argentina’s identity. Gustavo Marín is the head winemaker of Escorihuela. He oversees the entire production of this Chardonnay Torrontes blend in order to ensure consistent quality for each and every vintage.

This wine was produced in Mendoza, Argentina. Many of the region's vineyards are situated in the foothills of the Andes and here you can find some of the highest vineyards in the world. The combination of sun and altitude gives exceptional conditions for growing grapes. Escorihuela have worked with the same grower's for over 15 years and this commitment and support is showcased in the consistent quality of their wines.
