A classic Clare Valley Riesling that’s fresh and zesty with wonderful floral aromas.
On tasting, the wine delivers intense fruit flavours of lime, lemons and tropical fruit.

This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 5 years
Victoria Moore - The Daily Telegraph 14/01/2012........this riesling has the vigour, verve and cool authority of a real grown-up wine. Think dried limes and Granny Smiths, with a little complexity and breadth now it's no longer balancing on the knife-edge of its extreme youth.
Tim Adams Wines was founded in 1985 and has grown from a crush of just 85 tonnes then to around 900 tonnes today winning a string of international awards. It sources its purely Clare fruit via a network of loyal growers and it's own vineyards.

Lying north of Adelaide, South Australia's Clare Valley has a combination of soils, altitude and climate which make it unique among Australian regions for production of a wide range of wines.

Bright and breezy medium weight Australian Riesling with a nose of limes and green apples and a concentrated explosion of lime and citrus on the palate. Off dry with a long finish of zesty citrussy flavours. Ripe enough fruit to balance the acidity, making it a very moreish proposition for a summer's afternoon or to cut through a rich hollandaise sauce. Would work well with many richly flavoured white meat and seafood dishes and spicy Asian food too. Delicious.

This wine is good choice. As a good value for money and for everyday use. Enough dry and crisp with nice fruit flavours.

I bought 2 cases of this Tim Adams Riesling to try and after drinking the first bottle very quickly ordered a further 2 cases as it's a truly delicious Riesling - full of crisp but subtle fruit flavours. I will certainly buy this superb Riesling again.

Ive always found the older?(wines that my parents introduced me to to when overseas when younger) fit in any time,as I'm not to keen on the ones that are popular in today"s favourite tastes.Tim Adams version is amazing that cool or cold, oh yes drink any time
