This is a great Aussie red, made by a great Aussie producer, Hardy's.
Deliciously soft and juicy, this is what the Merlot grape is all about, with lovely plum flavours and a touch of spice.
Really lively, this goes perfectly with a big bowl of tomato sauce-drenched pasta.
