A very flavoursome wine, I hadn't tried it before and I was well pleased with it. Seems to have far more body and flavour to it than many white wines, excellent with food, even the stronger flavours.

We bought 5 diferent wines selling for under £5 to select the one to buy for a forthcoming big party. This was the worst. I would not describe it as 'vibrant' but rather a wine leaving a clear and not wholly pleasing aftertaste

Realistically, you can't expect a sophisticated wine at this price ! If however you are on a budget or looking for a wine to buy in bulk for a party that isnt going to break the bank; its perfectly drinkable. No aftertaste or acidity that you get with some cheap whites. probably not one to impress at a dinner party though!
