Tasting Notes
This is classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc: bright and crisp, with mouthwatering aromas of gooseberry and lime fruit and layers of citrus flavours.
The grapes are sourced from different areas within Marlborough, including the cool Awatere valley and the coastal Wairau Valley.
Beautifully balanced, this is a really lively wine and one that works brilliantly with smoked salmon or even fishcakes.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from the cool Awatere valley and coastal Wairau sites. This produces a wine with more herbaceous characteristics. Vine age on average is 6 years which results in bright, fresh notes throughout. Further blending with components form Conders blend and the waihopai valley adds further complexity and depth of flavour to the wine - all in all a very sophisticated and appealing wine.
