Flavours of lychees and tropical fruits also dominate on the palate balanced by a zesty, lemony edge.
This is a great aperitif wine but is also the perfect partner to a wide range of aromatic and spicy Asian dishes

Background
History
The estate, located in the stunning Uco valley was founded at the turn of the millennium by the Spanish O Fournier family. An extensive development plan is in place and the estate now boasts one of the most futuristic wineries in Mendoza, with a hotel and restaurant on site yet to be completed.
