Accompanying Dessert Wine

The main body of this review is the body of this fabulous wine. Myself and my partner were having an evening together, enjoying a fine bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes (semi skimmed milk of course) and had this fabulous accoutrement to our meal. The vinegary over tones matched the honey sweetness fabulously. Almost like a sweet and sour pork dish, although a little more milky. Having drunk some of the winest fines from the Oddbins specials list this little number is well up there for price, tang and bearable hangover. BUY NOW !

I like this wine because of its fruity flavouring and it goes well with fish and its medium body makes it a wine to drink on its own.

An exeptionally good dry white, full of citrus flavours, lemons and grapefruit, perfect with chicken, fish, pork and other white meats, one up from the usual !

This wine taste very acidy. It may be cheap, but I have tasted much better wines at this price.. Would not recommend buying this wine at any price, and will probably throw the rest of the bottles away

A medium bodied dry Spanish white. Enough flavour and character to sit it next to a Chardonnay but lighter in nature. Really drinkable for all palettes and cleverly packaged with its surrounding metal wire mesh that makes if look much posher than the price!

"Gran Seleccin" = Poor Blend?

By Eyefor

Very differing tastes over the past 6 / 8 months and from recent bottles the wine was very metallic tasting. Only purchased again when 50% off to give one final try. Will not be buying again.
