With 18 months’ ageing in barrel followed by over five years in bottle, this velvety Reserva has a touch of spice blended with rich, ripe fruit flavours.
This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 3 years
The wine making team is led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist from the University of Chile, who has extensive wine making experience in Chile, the United States and Castilla La Mancha which is reflected in the wines his team make.
The vineyards are situated approximately at 700 meters altitude, with Mediterranean-continental climate and low rainfall. Most of the vines used in production have an average age of 40 years old approximately. The vines are planted on limey clay marls with good drainage.
