What our expert says
Jean-Michel Gaunoux learned his winemaking skills at a very early age by working with his father, Francois, at the family’s domaine. He has since set up his own cellar in Meursault where he owns and tends just 6 hectares of land. The yield is kept respectably low in the vineyards and winemaking is of a very minimalist nature in the winery
