A persistent bead animates lifted red berry fruits and subtle yeasty flavours in this wine, while fine structure, creamy texture and a crisp finish are hallmarks of the Hardys house style.

To enjoy this wine at its best, drink within 1 year of purchase.
In 1850 at the age of 20, Thomas Hardy came to South Australia from England and established a winery on the banks of Adelaide's River Torrens in 1853 which went on to become an outstanding family wine business. He was a pioneer of immense character.
Constellation
The fruit for this wine comes from the Riverland region which is home to many vineyards and orchards that rely on the nearby River Murray for precious water in the warm growing conditions.

This Sparkling Pinot Noir is fantastic and can certainly compete with some well known champagnes. It is so easy to drink with lovely mellow flavours. It is reasonably priced at full price but a bonus when it is on offer. We will certainly be purchising more.

This is great for any occasion. A nice light fizz that is totally enjoyable. It is a 'girly' drink, my daughter, daughter-in-law and my granddaughter-in-law, are more than happy to pop round for a glass or two!!

A wonderful wine to accompany a meal or celebrate an occasion. Dryish, crisp and full of sparkling fruitiness, a delight on the tongue. Nothing to beat it in the price range.

This wine is typical of what is coming out of Australia at the moment. Full bodied, good sparkle, long fruity aftertaste although not much nose. Competitively priced and delivered by Tesco's usual good service

Although sold as Hardys Crest Pinot Noir Sparking wine 75cl, what was supplied and should should have been described as Hardys Crest CHARDONNAY/PINOT NOIR Sparkling wine 75cl. which in my opinion means that the predominate grape is infact the Chardonnay grape. I like this wine but feel the description advertised is not altogether accurate.

We drink a lot of sparkling white, and this is the one that we always come back to. Any of the £6 to £7 special offer sparklers will fit the bill for a party, but we also buy Hardy's Crest for our own weekend tipple. Better than the Spanish Cava's, and in blind tests against more expensive fizz it always does very well. It's even embarrassed some Champagne brands when the taster can't see the labels. We've had loads of cases over the years, and it is consistently good.

We drink this sparkling wine on a regular basis instead of champagne. We both feel the wine has a nice crisp clear taste very refreshing and our friends agree. We prefer this wine to some of the more expensive wines on the market.
